Clarification Regarding the Future of the Butters Brand and Kinezika Bankruptcy
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to take a moment to address any concerns regarding the recent developments related to the Butters brand and its former ownership.
When we stepped into the Butters brand, our primary goal was to increase its visibility, enhance marketing strategies, and improve the overall customer experience for both existing and new users of Butters products. As long-time supporters and users of the brand, we recognized its high quality and the overwhelming satisfaction of its customers. However, we became deeply concerned when Butters was left completely for sale for several months. Our immediate priority was to preserve what made this brand special and continue promoting the products that thousands of people in Slovenia and abroad have grown to love.
In October, we acquired the Butters brand and its product line. At that time, we were unaware that Kinezika’s ongoing bankruptcy proceedings would take such an unexpected course. Additionally, we did not anticipate the need to seek assistance from new manufacturing partners across the EU. This transition has unfortunately resulted in delays in restocking the full range of Butters products, as the former supply chain was affected by Kinezika’s financial situation.
We want to clarify that while we own the Butters brand, we did not acquire Kinezika as a company. We have no connection to its financial obligations, nor do we have any involvement in the actions of the bankruptcy manager, who is handling outstanding claims related to past transactions under Kinezika.
We understand that some former customers may have received charges or debt collection letters related to past orders due to Kinezika’s accounting discrepancies. Unfortunately, this matter is entirely in the hands of the bankruptcy manager, and we have no legal or financial authority over these past transactions. However, we have already addressed this issue multiple times over the last few days and remain more than happy to answer any questions and assist those who have received such letters. Our goal is to help guide affected individuals so they can handle this matter as efficiently as possible.
Our focus remains on revitalizing the Butters brand and ensuring our customers receive improved service, transparency, and reliability.
The full range of Butters body butters will be back in stock in the next few days, followed by the entire line of face creams and serums. We appreciate your patience as we work through these unexpected challenges, and we hope to continue earning your trust and support.
